JB’s was established in July of 2005 and named after Jim Balloni, who was an excellent chef and also a staple of this community. Many of the dishes at JB’s that are prepared were created by Jim. Because of the changing economy, we have decided to open for special occasions. We offer a fully stocked bar and kitchen. We are able to cater your special event or you can have someone of your own choosing.
